mRNA expression analysis
Strain specific analysis of Fcgrt gene expression in C57BL/6(+/+) and B-FcRn KO mice by RT-PCR.
Kidney was collected from C57BL/6(+/+) mice and homozygous B-FcRn KO mice. Mouse Fcgrt mRNA was detectable in C57BL/6(+/+) mice but not the homozygous B-FcRn KO mice.
Strain specific analysis of FcRn expression in C57BL/6(+/+) and the homozygous B-FcRn KO mice by western blot.
