Strain specific CXCL3 expression analysis in homozygous B-hCXCL3 mice by ELISA. Serum were collected from wild-type mice C57BL/6 mice (+/+) and homozygous B-hCXCL3 mice (H/H) and stimulated with 20ug/200ul LPS in vivo, and analyzed by ELISA with species-specific mCXCL1 and hCXCL3 ELISA kit. Mouse CXCL1 was detectable in wild-type mice (A). Human CXCL3 was exclusively detectable in homozygous B-hCXCL3 mice but not in wild-type mice (B).
