Strain specific TFPI expression analysis in wild type (WT) mice and B-hTFPI mice by ELISA. Plasma were collected from WT mice (+/+) and homozygous B-hTFPI mice (H/H), and analyzed by ELISA with TFPI ELISA kit. Mouse TFPI was exclusively detectable in WT mice. TFPI was detectable in homozygous B-hTFPI mice (H/H) and WT mice (+/+) due to the cross-reactivity of antibodies. Values are expressed as mean ± SEM.
