Description

  • DR3 is a cell surface receptor that belongs to the tumor necrosis factor receptor superfamily and plays a role in apoptosis, immune regulation, and inflammatory responses.
  • The exons 1-10 of mouse Dr3 gene that encode the whole molecule (ATG to STOP codon), including promoter, 5’UTR and 3’UTR were replaced by human counterparts in B-hDR3 mice. The human DR3 expression was driven by human DR3 promoter, while mouse Dr3 gene transcription and translation will be disrupted.
  • Mouse DR3 protein was exclusively detectable on T cells, CD4+ T cells and Treg cells from the spleen of wild-type C57BL/6N mice, and human DR3 protein was exclusively detectable on T cells, CD4+ T cells and Treg cells from the spleen of homozygous B-hDR3 mice. Humanization of DR3 does not change the overall frequency or distribution of immune cell types in spleen, blood and lymph nodes. 
  • Application: This product is used for pharmacodynamics and safety evaluation of  drugs.

Mouse DR3 was detectable in wild-type C57BL/6N mice, human DR3 was detectable in homozygous B-hDR3 mice.
