mRNA expression analysis
Strain specific analysis of AMHR2 gene expression in wild-type C57BL/6 mice and hAMHR2 mice by RT-PCR. Mouse Amhr2 mRNA was detectable only in ovary of wild-type C57BL/6 mice (+/+). Human AMHR2 mRNA was detectable only in homozygous B-hAMHR2 mice (H/H), but not in wild-type mice.

In vivo efficacy of anti-human AMHR2 antibody
Antitumor activity of anti-human AMHR2 antibody in B-hAMHR2 mice. (A) Murlentamab (in house) inhibited B-hAMHR2 ID8 tumor growth in B-hAMHR2 mice. B-hAMHR2 ID8 cells were subcutaneously implanted into homozygous B-hAMHR2 mice (female, 6-week-old, n=6). Mice were grouped when tumor volume reached approximately 50-80 mm3, at which time they were treated with murlentamab (in house) in panel A. (B) Body weight changes during treatment. As shown in panel A, murlentamab (in house) was efficacious in controlling tumor growth in B-hAMHR2 mice, demonstrating that the B-hAMHR2 mice provide a powerful preclinical model for in vivo evaluation of anti-human AMHR2 antibody. Values are expressed as mean ± SEM.
