Strain specific analysis of Il36a, Il36b and Il36g gene expression in wild type (WT) mice and B-Il36a/Il36b/Il36g KO mice by RT-PCR. Mouse Il36a, Il36b and Il36g mRNA was detectable only in lung of WT mice, but not in homozygous B-Il36a/Il36b/Il36g KO mice.
