The AAV5-hSyn-DIO-mcherry vector virus was injected into Drd1-Cre transgenic rats (Drd1-Cre transgenic rats was purchased from Biocytogen Co. Ltd., Beijing, China). The administration of levodopa increased striatal c-Fos expression of LID rats(I).
