Results of agarose gel electrophoresis

Phenotype Analysis
Scheme for generating PtipcKO mice. Ptipf/f mice were generated and crossed with Lyz2-Cre (Lyz2-cre mice was obtained from Biocytogen) to obtain Ptipf/f;Lyz2-cre. Specific deletion of Ptip in myeloid cells. qRT-PCR analysis showing Ptip deletion in mBMDMs from PtipcKO mice.
