Targeting strategy

Gene targeting strategy. The EGFP gene coding sequence was inserted into the exon 2 of the mouse Plaur in B-Plaur-EGFP mice, so the mouse Plaur transcript was disrupted.

Protein expression analysis

Plaur and EGFP expression analysis in homozygous B-Plaur-EGFP mice by flow cytometry. Lung were collected from wild-type mice (+/+) and homozygous B-Plaur-EGFP mice (△/△) , and analyzed by flow cytometry with anti-mouse Plaur antibody. Mouse Plaur was detectable in wild-type mice but not in B-Plaur-EGFP mice. EGFP was exclusively detectable in homozygous B-Plaur-EGFP mice but not in wild-type mice.
