      • CD3 consists of four protein chains (CD3E, CD3D, CD3G and CD3Z), which are important biological markers on the T cell membrane. CD3 can form a TCR/CD3 complex with the T cell receptor, participating in the regulation of T cell antigen recognition, signal transduction and T cell development.
      • PSMA is a type II transmembrane glycoprotein belonging to the zinc-dependent exopeptidase superfamily, possessing folate hydrolase and neurocarboxypeptidase activities. It is expressed at low levels in tissues such as the kidney, brain, salivary glands, liver, ganglia, and small intestine, among others, but is highly expressed across all stages of prostate cancer (PC). This makes it an ideal target for the diagnosis and treatment of PC.
      • Application: This product is used to assess the pharmacodynamics and toxicity of bispecific antibodies in the treatment of prostate cancer.
      IHC analysis of PSMA expression

      Immunohistochemical (IHC) analysis of PSMA expression in homozygous B-hCD3EDG/hPSMA mice. Various tissues were collected from wild-type C57BL/6JNifdc mice (+/+) and homozygous B-hCD3EDG/hPSMA mice (H/H; H/H), and then and analyzed by IHC with anti-PSMA antibody (abcam, ab133579). PSMA was detectable in the brain and kidney of wild-type mice and B-hCD3EDG/hPSMA mice due to the cross-reactivity of antibody.
