CD133 expression analysis in homozygous B-hCD133 mice by flow cytometry. Bone marrow hematopoietic stem cell (Lin-/^lowmSca1⁺mCD117⁺) were collected from wild-type mice (+/+) and homozygous B-hCD133 mice (H/H), and analyzed by flow cytometry with species-specific anti-CD133 antibody. Human CD133 was detectable in homozygous B-hCD133 mice.
