Strain specific analysis of Ces1 mRNA expression in wild-type C57BL/6JNifdc and B-Ces1 cluster KO mice by RT-PCR. Liver and lung RNA were isolated from wild-type C57BL/6JNifdc (+/+) and homozygous B-Ces1 cluster KO mice (-/-), then cDNA libraries were synthesized by reverse transcription, followed by PCR with mouse Ces1 primers.
