    정위 위암 모델의 구축
    B-NDG 암컷 마우스 6 마리（F, n=6）에 췌장 머리부위 또는 오른쪽 측복부 피하에 1×10⁵、5×10⁵、5×10⁶ 농도의 B-CMV-Luc SNU-5 세포 현탁액을 접종하였다. 매주 마우스의 체중 및 종양 형광 신호를 기록하였다. 실험 결과, 형광 신호가 점진적으로 증가하는 경향을 나타내었으며, 이는 해당 세포주가 정위 종양 모델로 성공적으로 구축되었음을 시사한다.
