BCG015 is a first-in-class, fully human ADC targeting TM4SF5 (expressed in >70% of HCCs). Discovered via the RenLite® platform, the mAb exhibits high affinity and excellent developability. BCG015 demonstrated superior antitumor efficacy against benchmark ADCs across diverse HCC models. Supported by a highly favorable safety profile in non-human primate toxicology studies, it represents a promising, highly developable therapeutic candidate for liver cancer.
