      Description
      • Interleukin-2 (IL-2) signaling through the IL-2 receptor, a complex consisting of three chains, termed IL2RA, IL2RB and IL2RG, that are expressed by lymphocytes.
      • The exons 1~6 of mouse Il2rg gene encoding the extracellular domains were replaced by exons 1~6 of human IL2RG in B-hIL2RG mice(C3H). The genomic region of mouse Il2rg gene that encodes transmembrane domain and cytoplasmic portion is retained. The Promoter, 5’UTR and 3’UTR region of the mouse gene are also retained. The IL2RG expression is driven by endogenous mouse Il2rg promoter, while mouse Il2rg gene transcription and translation will be disrupted.
      • Human IL2RG protein was detectable on T cells, CD4+ T cells, CD8+ T cells of homozygous B-hIL2RG mice(C3H).
      • Application: This product is used for pharmacodynamics and safety evaluation of  drugs.

      Strain specific IL2RG expression analysis in wild-type C3H mice and homozygous B-hIL2RG mice(C3H) by flow cytometry. Splenocytes were collected from wild-type C3H mice (+/+) and homozygous B-hIL2RG mice(C3H) (H/H), protein expression was analyzed with anti-mouse IL2RG antibody (Biolegend, 132308) and anti-human IL2RG antibody (Biolegend, 338606) by flow cytometry. Mouse IL2RG was detectable on T cells of wild-type C3H mice, human IL2RG was detectable on T cells of homozygous B-hIL2RG mice(C3H).
